Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Which browser types and what versions are supported? What operating systems can be utilized? What will happen if I am not using a supported browser?

Outdoor Florida has been developed to run on the following browsers: Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox 50.1.0, Google Chrome 55.0, Safari 10, and Edge HTML 14. The mobile application can be supported with iOS 9 or 10, and Android 5.1 – Lollipop, and 6.0 – Marshmallow, Android 7.0 – Nougat.

It is not presently clear as to how the Outdoor Florida applications will perform if other web browsers are used. Functionality may be limited or the screens may display incorrectly or may not display at all.

  2. Why might the address of my current location be inaccurate when I try to use the search location feature?

Not all internet browsers will support the location services that are required to automatically populate the search location on the website. In addition, some Internet Service Providers do not use your physical location, but show the location from where your service provider is located. To utilize the search location feature when using the mobile application, ensure that the Location Services setting is turned on.
